Mmmm.... delicious!
Just went to this hawker center over at AMK for dinner. OMG, there got one stall sell western food, and ohhh, one of the best i've eaten.
Botak Jones, they are called. Wierd name, but their servings are ginormous. Dun drool plz.
Australian Ribeye Steak. Mmmmm~~
Leftovers! hah, the fries are rlly dam lot.

Changed skin for my dear blog! How's it? EMO theme, black & white. The drawing by the side is kinda abstract huh. Haha, buhbye snoopy, u can go sleep all u want. =P
Reformatted my tablet in the afternoon too. Took me quite some time, from 11.30 all the way to 4pm. Cleared away sooo much space on my com, hopefully it'll run smoother in the future.
Had our english oral ytd. And i think i got one of the worst teachers combination. Mrs Tina Tang, and Mr Mcallena [the ang-moh]. My picture discussion's pretty disappointing, or 'demoralising' coz they kept laughing at all the comments i made. Like, wtf luh. But conversation's pretty easy, hopefully i can get some marks from there.
Zac and Gabriel went to pierce their ears(!!!) after that. Left side, of coz. They went into the shop, and within 5 mins and $3, they emerged 0.01grams lighter. Some ppl may feel that piercing gives the message of being rebellious, but nah i dun think so. What's wrong with being hip and trendy? Maybe i may consider piercing at the end of the year too. =p

Prelim 2.
Kicked off on friday. And what a start man.
English.
I wrote descriptive essay. For the first time in EXAMS man. I dun even rmb having done any practise on descriptive, nor chiong vocab like yongsheng. I can hardly rmb the question anyway... smth like "describe a rainy day spent at home." Sleep perhaps?
Compre? Forget it. I got owned by a dog that runs up to an execution ground for no rhyme or reason. And an illogical debate on killing.
Chinese.
Worst. This time i got owned by a dumb squirrel. Juz 5 lines of text, so i figured out the questions could not be any harder than logarithms.
...wrong. That f*ing squirrel robbed me of my 6 marks. Lets hope no more squirrel would cross my path. Grrr
Well, then afterwards went to catch Pirates. Yeahh! Pirates 3, at world's end. Nice plot there, but kinda short. Instead, lots of action filled that 3hour long movie. Swordplay, Cannoning, Negotiating, and lots of stuff. Lucky we bought enough popcorns.
ahaha this scene! Previously embarassed by his small scope, Jack returns with a much larger one! =P

whatta hilarious movie! The chinese department sure do know how to keep us entertained! =P
And yeah, got 54.8 for my mock chinese. Hopefully i can get the same score for my prelim 2 ba. Gahh, juz a few more days... ><

Stayed in school till 6pm again last friday.
Yes, for maths.
Bad thing thou, i forgot that i havent took my lunch. And i went sooo hungry around 5pm. Luckily Mrs Chew got some left-overs snacks, including packets of lau-hong corn crackers. Devoured them with teng heartily. =D
ahahaha TENG! He can make me chase him around the school juz for a packet of biscuits. But how fast can a starving boy run? Ended up much hungrier than before. Gahh...
They went to Tawan's bdae party afterwards, while me, junlong and zx headed to yiochokang there for a gym session. Whatta nice idea by zx to sneak into the condo gym there; it has a huge "For Residents Only" sign plastered on the door and burly security guards prowling around. Of coz, being hum ppl, we relegated to a game of soccer cum bball in the court. So much for keeping fit eh?

Other than a couple of periods, recess and lunch break, the whole day was MATHS. All the way till 5pm. Insane teacher, i tell u.
Well, not for me thou; i went to do up my Chem n' Physics SPA files. At least those are worth a few marks in Os.
And speaking of Os, Good Luck to those taking chinese O'lvl on 28th May. Go grab A1s! =P

Yet another funeral.
Its my Grandma this time; left us during the wee hours of tues.
Due to her unfaltering 40+ years of smoking, she was diagnosed with lung cancer 2mths ago. 2mths later, the cancer overwhelmed her.
How indifferent can i be? Thou she's my Grandma, i dun quite know her well. Maybe becoz of my lousy ability of speaking dialect. But even then, i still cant escape a tinge of sadness. Shd hav taken the effort to know her better, to recepocriate the love. Oh but, its too late now.
Now im left with 1 last Grandma.
Its my Grandma this time; left us during the wee hours of tues.

Whatta nice book, by Mitch Albom! Talks about the great philosophies of life under the pretext of a true-life story, which is indeed touching. And lol, when my uncle went to my grandma's wake, he coincidently talked about some ren shen da dao li that happened to be in the book! Must also thank Sichuan for lending me!
and haha, what can be funnier when u are chanting scriptures in a wake, then halfway ur phone rang loudly? xD
Mandai Crematorium looks soooo high class! Big difference frm the one in Mt Vernon last time. The design's so modern and classy, dun rlly look like one. Pity i left my phone in the car, so no pics. Blah.
Alright, its mother's day tmr. And that cactus which i supposedly asked frm Teng is gone. Great. But no fret, mum's not gunna be disappointed! =P

But Alan Koh told this guy [i think is our OM] about the incident, then on friday, he came up, kinda lecture us abit, and went to examine the glass behind. Gahh, our ball is still with Alan Koh, but we shall not reveal the guy, no?
We can always steal back... xD

Alright, went to catch spidey-3 after school on fri, with za, zx, nk, and WILSON THONG. That superstar, he still wearing his uniform man, kinda outstanding. Then when having our dinner at the hawker center, we bumped into Mr Almon Yao! That GAY CHINESE TEACHER! [actually it was him bumping into us.] Nevertheless, being polite ex-students, we invited him to sit with us. Me and Zhian then go order food, and guess wad? We bumped into Mrs PANG! zomg, we just pon-ed her geog remedial tdy, and fancy meeting her now. How suay can we be? But yah, we din get into much trouble lah, and after Yao left, we went to sit with her and chatted.
oh, did i mention that the movie starts at 9?
and its a 2.5 hour movie.
that means it's 11.30pm after the show. Kinda late, so we zao home immediately after the movie. Din even have time to take a photo... ><

LABOUR DAY!

Watched TV last night frm 10.30pm all the way to 2am. Ghost Ship & Scream 3. Both are horror/thriller man, so shoik. I think Ghost Ship got more 'surprise' scenes, rather than Scream 3, coz after seeing the murderer poping out so many times, u can kinda anticipate le. But Ghost Ship is WOW. Plus, the ending's kind of funny and freaky at the same time. xD
Alright, woke up 10++ this morning. Did some house labour, some school labour, and went to my cuzzie's bdae party. At some kind of Country Club around Changi there. Some of my cousins having mid-years, so yea, absent. All the aunties and uncles went, and my mom, bro and i were the latest. xD

Halfway thru, Wuhong called and ask me wanna go out study not. Then my mum say "Aiya, ask him come our place study lah!" o.O first time hear my mum liddat say, kinda surprised.
Yah, so he came. On the way from Compass point, we went to Martin's blk downstairs and shouted up. His bro went to call him; apparently he's napping away.
We did 10 maths questions, out of the 30 given. Efficient eh?
